Checked Law is a Microsoft Word add-in that helps legal professionals mark, verify, and record quality checks on document content. The audit trail is stored inside your document file.
2. Use of the service
Checked Law is currently provided free of charge, for use as-is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, or introduce paid plans, at any time. If paid plans are introduced, continued use will be subject to updated terms — nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
3. Professional responsibility
Checked Law is a workflow tool, not legal advice. You remain solely responsible for verifying document content and for your professional duties. We do not warrant that the add-in will detect all errors or omissions.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from use of the service.
